The hotel had new and clean rooms, but I found it a bit cold on arrival. It definitely needs updating, especially the bathroom needing descaling. There was also an issue with a leak through the ceiling into the bathroom.

My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were comfortable, and I enjoyed the view of the Battle of Bannockburn parkland. The staff were very cheerful and helpful, making my experience even better.
