Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had new and clean rooms, but I found it a bit cold on arrival. It definitely needs updating, especially the bathroom needing descaling. There was also an issue with a leak through the ceiling into the bathroom.
The hotel has newly decorated rooms that feel bright and airy, but unfortunately, lack ventilation and air conditioning. It could benefit from a more modern update, as there was a lingering smell of stale tobacco. The service was friendly and attentive, although limitations were noted in resolving certain issues. The location is favorable, especially being next to the Bannockburn Centre. The dining options were decent but somewhat limited, with availability starting a bit late on weekends.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the noise from next door and the corridor disrupted my sleep for two nights. The lack of air conditioning made it a bit uncomfortable when the room got warm. The service was a mix of experiences, with some staff being very attentive, while others seemed more focused on their own tasks. The location was ideal for my needs, but some areas seemed dated and in need of a refresh. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with a good selection for breakfast but with some aspects that could be improved. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for enhancements.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were comfortable, and I enjoyed the view of the Battle of Bannockburn parkland. The staff were very cheerful and helpful, making my experience even better. The location was excellent, especially being right next to the Battle of Bannockburn experience. The dining experience was good overall, although the buffet was average. The facilities were great, and I had a pleasant stay overall.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and attractively decorated, but there was a noticeable smell of cigarettes. The service was friendly and useful overall, although there were some issues with timing. The location was convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to key attractions and dining options. The dining experience offered a good variety of choices, but some items were not replenished promptly. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, but there was some issue with noise coming from the park outside the room. The shower was not cleaned, towels were not changed, and bins were not emptied during our stay at the hotel.
